Refund Policy

The Expert Scholars is trying to offer top-notch academic homework assistance with customer bottom-edge specifications. We realise that occasionally things do not go to plan and we are committed to providing a fair refund policy.

The following is our refund policy – what situations you are eligible for refunds.

Full Refund

No Delivery / Partial Delivery (less quantity) / Cancellation from you.

No Expert assigned: If this happens, it is one of those rare cases that you might never see. We will reach back as soon as possible.

Tutor Confirmed with Less Than Half of Deadline Remaining: If you elect to cancel after a tutor has been assigned, but before 50% remains for the deadline, you may receive between 100-50%. This includes the time The Expert Scholars and the tutor have put in trying to establish your order.

Non-Original Content: If you can show us a plagiarism report from an independent third party within 3 days after delivery work to prove that what we delivered as original work, is not unique and it’s plagiarised content.

Bad Grades: We do take a guarantee of passing marks. However, if the client fails to share the supported documents/Instructions or any related information about the project, no refunds will be provided.

Partial Refund

Delivered Late: Refund requests for late delivery are only processed if you have not downloaded work submitted by the expert. The downloaded work is considered used and no refund will be issued. Your access to the materials may be delayed if you are a last-minute uploader of any required materials. In those circumstances, no refunds will be provided.

No Refund

Refunds: Deadline change; there is no refund for contingency plan charges, delays, and price recalculation due to delay.

Editing, Proofreading, Formatting Orders: These are original focus-based services; no means to change the substance from your initial draft. It covers spelling, formatting topic-specific details, flow of content grammar, etc.

Failure to Comply with Refund Guidelines: If you fail to follow the timings and procedures of how/when claims/complaints/refunds must be made, you may not receive a refund;

Dispute Resolution

Evaluation & Communication: We take a minimum of 7 business days to evaluate your declaration and inform you.

Filing Claims: A claim, complaint, or refund request must be filed through Email/ WhatsApp with all required documents incorporated to adhere to our usage agreement and these Refund Policy.

Refund Processing: Once a decision is communicated, wait at least 7 working days until you receive your refund.
